Property must be in good standing with the KGHOA and all previous and current annual dues paid. 

-Property must be in compliance with all Architectural Rules (ARC) and covenants

-Payment received for re-sale packet ($75.00)

-Date of Closing notification to HOA

-Address of KGHO property

-New address

-All Previous Years HOA Dues Paid
