Community Issues

Thank you in advance for your consideration in completing the eleven question survey that was included in the Summer 2023 King's Grant Homeowner's Assocation Newsletter. The survey is designed to help us stay up to date on our neighborhood's needs and best use of the financial resources available to us while keeping our association's by-laws.

The King's Grant HOA President signed a new set of easements to transfer the responsibility of the storm water drainage system in the HOA common areas to the Town Of La Plata.  The Department of Public Works has started work on improvements at the south end of Wales Drive.  The Department  has agreed to provide notice of any street closings or restrictions in our community.  

The King's Grant HOA staff is still working with the Town of La Plata to facilitate the revision of the homeowner drainage easements.  A Town Hall community meeting was held on July 17, 2022.  If you were unable to attend, please use the "submit an issue" form below to let us know you need additional information. 

 The HOA currently has several positions open that need a dedicated volunteer.  If you enjoy helping your community grow and prosper your help is needed.  Please use the volunteer portal on the events page and state that you would like to assist with the HOA staff.

With the limited HOA staff, our visibility on all the issues is somewhat restricted.  Below is a portal by which new issues can be reported.  Please give exact locations and include pictures when possible.  The pictures are always helpful to convey the magnitude of the problem.
