Annual Homeowners Association Dues

As per the Kings Grant HOA By-Laws, the due assessments are for the calendar year (1 January to 31 December) but are not considered “due” until 30 June. A late fee of $15 is added for payments made 30 days beyond the due date and will be applied on July 31st.

Please note that the new assessment amount is $200.00, as approved during the Annual Meeting.
