  • Property must be in good standing with the KGHOA and all previous and current annual dues paid.
  • Property must be in compliance with all Architectural Rules (ARC) and covenants.
  • Payment received for re-sale packet ($75.00)
  • Date of closing notification to HOA
  • Address of KGHO property
  • New address
  • All Previous Years' HOA Dues Paid
